I am the Managing Partner at Design with Bradley LLC. I am an L&D professional with experience that covers a broad scope of knowledge in both delivering and creating learning activities.

I consider my approach unique, but straightforward due to 20 years of actual store level P&L accountability in both retail and food environments. Being in the "trenches" clearly gives me insight that some Instructional Designers haven't experienced. Working side-by-side with the field/store managers and team members has given me an "unfiltered" view of the impact of training. In other words, I noticed the employee's reaction to the training, the knowledge they learned, a change in their performance, and of course, was there an ROI after training.
